Daniel is one of the founders and directors of Camp D&D. He is an educator specialized in early and primary education and currently works as a Level Director in a renowned school in Lima. She holds a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Illinois. He is one of the 20 experts selected by UNESCO in SDG14 and is also a workshop facilitator for the International Baccalaureate. His passion for experiential learning has been instrumental in elevating Camp D&D's methodology to an international standard.
Denisse is an educator specializing in early childhood and primary education. During his master's degree in Educational Leadership at Monash University, Australia, he created the Camp D&D methodology based on international camp best practices. Her experience as a Level Director, her training as a Camp Director at the International Camping Directors Course in Spain and her role as Peru ambassador for the International Camping Fellowship have deeply enriched the work of the organization. Today, Denisse is fully dedicated to continuing to drive the mission of Camp D&D, ensuring that every experience is meaningful and transformative.
Anthony graduated from North Park University (Chicago, USA) and now works in technology in San Francisco. Through his volunteer work with NGOs, he gained valuable knowledge about the workings of international organizations, which he now holds as co-chair of the Camp D&D board. He also grew up going to camps in northern Minnesota, so camp holds a special place in his heart.
Carmen graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison, USA) and now works in Account Management at a tech startup in San Francisco. With her background in B2B sales and digital marketing, Carmen brings valuable experience to Camp D&D. Their commitment to our organizational values and skills play a crucial role in advancing the organization's vision.
Carol brings two decades of account oversight experience at a major construction company (USA). Her dedication to children is reflected in her youth leadership, participation in children's clubs, and service as a camp counselor. At Camp D&D, Carol ensures transparency and accountability in management, ensuring the full fulfillment of the organization's mission.
With a background in Fine Art and Education, Patrick has taught for 15 years in secondary education and has been CEO of Urban Camp Melbourne (Australia) for 20 years, offering urban camps to rural schools. Despite being retired, he continues to actively support other organizations. Now he's applying his camp experience to help Camp D&D improve its mission.
Carlos, an economist from the University of Lima (Peru), with master's studies in Spain and postgraduate studies at INSEAD, MIT, IMD and Kellogg. Prominent business leader and promoter of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Peru. He has launched and expanded 7 ventures in Latin America. Currently, Carlos provides strategic guidance to Camp D&D, ensuring its continued expansion and achievement of objectives.
Cecilia holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and Marketing from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito. With over 15 years of experience in communication, event management and sponsorships, trade marketing, and advertising, she is a partner in a venture where she develops content management skills for social media. She aims to leverage her experience to add value and support the innovative work of Camp D&D.
Jessica is an accountant with a Master's Degree in People and Organization Management. Her passion for Talent Management drives her to continuously seek growth in the field, seeking to add value to both the company and the people she works with. She is an Ontological Coach and Generative Leadership Coach. In addition to supporting Camp D&D with finances, Jessica offers leadership guidance to our staff.
Diana holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Brunel University London and over 10 years of experience in entertainment. In the Pro Ecclesia Sancta Association, he promotes the participation of young people in Christian life. Her specialization in communications, digital marketing, and revenue growth is critical to expanding our community outreach at Camp D&D.
